Booking Details
General Information
- Advanced Reservations Required-No Walk-Ins please.
- Minimum 75 Kids required to book a Field Trip
- Recommended for ages 6 & up, as most attractions require a height of 40” or taller. Minors must be always accompanied by a parent.
- We require one chaperone for every 10 students.
- You will receive one free chaperone for every 10 students. Chaperones must be a parents age.
- Additional Chaperones are $14.50 each and receive the same package as students.
- We DO NOT allow outside food, lunches, coolers, or backpacks to be brought in. failure to comply will result in a cancelled Field Trip and funds will be forfeited.
Payment & Pricing
- A $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of the booking.
- VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover, Cash, Corporate Checks (No Personal Checks or Cashier’s Checks).
- All packages and attraction prices subject to change without notice.
Day Of Event
- We do not allow any backpacks, oversized purses, diaper bags, totes, duffel bags, or briefcases of any kind. Fanny packs larger than 8” X 5” are prohibited. Medical bags containing insulin, medication, portable oxygen, and medically necessary items are permitted after inspection. All bags will be searched upon entry.
- Please keep your students on the busses. Our staff will board the bus and give instructions and wristbands to you. If you are arriving by car please gather your entire group on the lawn and then find one of our outdoor representatives to give instructions and wristbands to you.
- Our staff will provide you with your head count and paperwork. Please keep students on the busses/lawn while one representative checks in at the Group Sales Counter.
- Once cashed out at Group Sales your representative will have completed paperwork and will gather your group to enter the park.
- When ready to leave, please have a representative come to Group Sales and we can make an announcement for your group to report to the busses. Please note we will only announce to report to the busses and not to other meeting spots.
